General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1: Object

These conditions govern the sales by the company 3ABC SARL of industrial products, surplus lots, and equipment via its Stocknet and Mazzad platforms.

Article 2: Price

The prices of our products are indicated in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) excluding taxes, unless otherwise indicated. All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Moroccan Dirhams.

Article 3: Orders

You can place an order:

• On the Internet via the Stocknet and Mazzad platforms.
• By phone at +212 5 00 00 00 00.

The contractual information is presented in English and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of your order validation.

Article 4: Validation of your order

Any order placed on the website implies acceptance of these General Conditions. Any order confirmation entails your full and entire adherence to these general conditions of sale, without exception or reservation.

Article 5: Payment

Validating your order implies the obligation to pay the indicated price. Payment for your purchases is made by bank transfer or via the CMI payment platform.

Article 6: Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the provisions of law 31-08, B2B transactions carried out on our platforms are firm and final. No right of withdrawal applies, except in cases of proven non-conformity of the product.

Article 7: Applicable Law in Case of Disputes

The language of this contract is English. These conditions of sale are subject to Moroccan law. In the event of a dispute, the commercial courts of Casablanca will have sole jurisdiction.
